PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can maintain and promote health of animals including human beings under a relaxed and natural state without mental and physical burdens, can recover fatigue, and also, can promote the growth of marine products such as fishes and sea weeds. SOLUTION: This vibration-generating device is equipped with a music signal- inputting section 1 and a vibration-generating section 2 which shakes a liquid. In this case, a vibration in response to a music signal which is input by the music signal- inputting section 1 is generated by the vibration-generating section 2. Also, this jet stream-generating device is equipped with the music signal-inputting section 1, and a jet stream-generating section 9 which generates a liquid jet stream. In this case, a liquid jet stream in response to a music signal which is input by the music signal- inputting section 1 is generated by the jet stream-generating section 9. In addition, this bathing device is equipped with a bathtub 8, the music signal-inputting section 1, the vibration-generating section 2 or the jet stream-generating section 9. In this case, a vibration or a jet stream in response to a music signal which is input by the music signal-inputting section 1 by the vibration-generating section 2 or the jet stream- generating section 9.
