PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively perform treatments such as a face beautification or a skin beautification for, e.g. removing freckles and moles. SOLUTION: For a handling device 5 of this treatment device 1, a conductive attachment 15 is prepared. In this case, the attachment 15 is detachable from a glass tube 14, and at the same time, concentrates the electric charge which is charged on the surface of the glass tube 14 during an electric discharge through a pointed section 19. Thus, when the attachment 15 is fitted on the glass tube 14, ozone O<SB>3</SB>of a comparatively high concentration can be intensively fed to an area to be treated.
