PURPOSE: A light panel assembly is provided to prevent a lamp from being damaged by a weight of a light guide plate or a shock, and remove a frame for protecting a lamp in manufacturing a light panel, thereby reducing the costs for manufacturing the frame. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(30) has dispersion patterns(31) on a rear surface and a plurality of holes(32) at an outside edge for installing a light panel. A lamp(20) projects light to the light guide plate. The dispersion patterns are formed at a part of the inside of the rear surface. The light guide plate has a groove(10) for containing the lamp outside the dispersion patterns. The diameter of the lamp is smaller than the thickness of the light guide plate.
