PURPOSE: A steel form is provided to construct various patterned walls by replacing a pre-manufactured panel only without manufacturing an additional form and to maximize work efficiency by installing a form simply by bolting. CONSTITUTION: The steel form(100) comprises: many panels(110) formed in various patterns and composed of a molding steel plate and a bearing steel plate, wherein many panel connections are formed on the rear of the panel(110) to use for attaching the panel(110) to a form frame(120) and provided with a female screw; a form frame(120) attached with primary and secondary bearing frames to correspond to lateral pressure applied on the panels(110) when placing concrete horizontally; and a connector for connecting the connections of panels and the connections of bearing frames mutually.
