DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING ROLL IN ROLL GRINDER

PURPOSE: A device for supporting a roll in a roll grinder is provided to firmly support roll journal units with various sizes and to keep the balance of the roll grinder. CONSTITUTION: An upper cross-shaped metal clamp(110) has a plurality of upper metal supporters. The upper metal clamp is inserted into a supporter body(101). Screw shafts and a sliding base(120) are installed from the supporter body to a roll. A hydraulic motor(133) is installed at one side of the sliding base. An upper metal unit(100) has a motor having a speed reducer installed at one side of the sliding base, and rotates the upper metal clamp. A lower cross-shaped metal clamp(210) has a plurality of lower metal supporters, and is inserted into screw shafts. Taper blocks are installed at one side of the screw shafts, respectively. A hydraulic motor(146) is installed at the other side of the screw shafts. A lower metal unit(200) has a motor installed at the lower cross-shaped metal clamp.
