<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a final disposal method of seepage water treatment water which vaporizes and dries the seepage water treatment water, thereby, allows the seepage water treatment water to close the discharging thereof and reduces an energy cost in a closed system by effectively utilizing natural energy such as solar light and heat. <P>SOLUTION: In this final disposal method, the seepage water discharged from a waste disposal plant is treated by a water treatment facility 4 and the seepage water treatment water discharged from the water treatment facility 4 is vaporized in vaporizing equipment 1. Therein, the vaporizing equipment 1 is provided with a vaporizing tank 3 which exists in the inside of the building 2, temporarily stores the treated water supplied from the water treatment facility 4 and has a shallow vessel shape while permitting the bottom to be black, the building which assigns at least the southern surface in the roof surfaces of the building to a transparent panel 5, a fan 7 for blowing which is attached to one side part of the building and a window part 6 for exhaust which is opened on the other side part of the building. Further, this vaporizing equipment forcibly subjects the treated water in the vaporizing tank 3 to the gas-liquid contacting and, thereby, vaporizes a water component in the treated water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
