<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cutting-off blade for cutting off tire cord textiles. <P>SOLUTION: In order to improve durability and a life of the cutting-off blade by reducing dynamic force or stress applied to the cutting-off blade, a cantilever shape portion is formed by forming a relatively deep slot arranged near and apart from a cutting edge.
