PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split-type intermediate plate device where, when a bolt used in a split-type intermediate plate device has a fatigue breakdown while using a press brake, broken pieces are not scattered. SOLUTION: The split-type intermediate plate device of the press brake is composed as follows. Clamp levers 27ab are swingably arranged on a clamp lever support shaft 33ab mounted on an intermediate plate body 7. A linking plate 15, which connects the intermediate plate body to a lower end face of an upper table 3 of the press brake, is mounted on the upper part of the intermediate plate body. A wedge member 13, which is movable in the forward and backward direction, is arranged between the lower end face of the upper table and the upper part of the intermediate plate body. A position adjusting bolt and a position fixing bolt 25, which adjusts and fixes the wedge member in the forward and backward direction, are mounted on the link plate. A protective plates 59ab, which cover the surface of the clamp lever and that of the link plate are arranged. Window holes 65, 67, through which the position adjusting bolt, the position fixing bolt, and the clamp lever shaft can be operated, are built. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
