PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a clarified coffee beverage by which a thick and clear coffee extract solution can rapidly be extracted. SOLUTION: This method for producing the clarified coffee beverage comprises the following steps. A first extracting step of obtaining the coffee extract solution from a first coffee material having a prescribed average particle diameter and a second extracting step of providing the coffee extract solution from a second coffee material having a prescribed average particle diameter not smaller than the prescribed average particle diameter using the coffee extract solution obtained in the first extracting step.
