PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the third grain loss in a combine detecting volume of threshed grains by a detecting means which is installed on the threshing part, and adjusting the opening of a chaff sieve according to the volume of the threshed grains. SOLUTION: The combine additionally opens chaff sieve 29 which is already actuating to open side when the crops in the threshing part are exhausted. The additional opening of the chaff sieve 29 which is already actuating to open side, is carried out interlocking to ON/OFF of raking sensors 87/87/87 detecting culm raked from a reaping part 8.
