PURPOSE: A bogie system for adjusting the track gauge for a railway vehicle is provided to reduce travel hours of the vehicle, and to cut down the maintenance expenses by automatically adjusting the track gauge without deforming the established line. CONSTITUTION: A track gauge adjusting bogie system comprises a set of separable axles(3,3') composed of a wheel, a bogie assembling unit, an axle fixing plate and a sliding part(34), and installed in a bogie frame through the bogie assembling unit; a support axle(4) having a set of symmetrical sliding guide holes engaged with separable axle sliding parts, and a fixing spring installed in the sliding guide hole; and wheel fixing units installed between extension frames and the center of the bogie frame and faced to each other, and composed of an extension shaft including fixing pieces for fastening the axle fixing plate. Travel time is reduced by automatically adjusting the track gauge without deformation of the established line. |
