PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition for an automobile exterior component is provided, which shows excellent appearance and high stiffness and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a crystalline polypropylene; and 1-8 parts by weight of a metallic master batch comprising 15-40 wt% of aluminium flake and/or aluminium powder, 10-40 wt% of an organic and/or inorganic pigment and 20-75 wt% of a crystalline polypropylene. Also the polypropylene resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a resin mixture comprising 40-70 wt% of a crystalline polypropylene, 25-45 wt% of a polyolefin rubber and 5-15 wt% of barium sulfate; and 1-8 parts by weight of a metallic master batch comprising 15-40 wt% of aluminium flake and/or aluminium powder, 10-40 wt% of an organic and/or inorganic pigment and 20-75 wt% of a crystalline polypropylene. Preferably the aluminium flake and the aluminium powder have an average particle size of 30-600 micrometers and a specific gravity of 0.35-0.60 g/cm¬3. |
