PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for producing limestone sludge particles by forming particles from sludge generated in washing a lump of limestone and coating with cokes(coke dry quenching, CDQ) and sintering, thereby recycling CaO and limestone. CONSTITUTION: Thee apparatus for forming sludge particles into CaO and limestone is characterized by comprising the parts of: (i) a sludge cake-forming part, containing thickener, pump and sludge tank having a drum filter, for gathering sludge generated from washing of a lump(5-70mm) of limestone and forming a sludge cake; (ii) a particle-forming part by processing and cutting of the sludge cake, which contains a cylindrical tube(20) with a screw feeder(22) and a sludge hole plate(20b), a motor(21) for running the screw feeder, and a cut impeller for cutting a rod-shaped sludge cake come from the hole plate to a particle shape; (iii) a drying part, containing a cokes(CDQ) supplier(34), for removing moisture from cokes(CDQ)-coated sludge particles(25) with steam; (iv) a sintering part for firing cokes(CDQ)-coated sludge particles; (v) a discharging part for separating sludge particles from CaO and limestone and discharging. |
