A power module is disclosed which includes: a power-supply voltage terminal (Vs) for inputting a power-supply voltage; a ground terminal (GND); a first voltage terminal (CPH); a second voltage terminal (CPL); a first to a third switch (HV, FV, BD); and first to third amplification circuits (102a, 102b, 102c) which amplify control signals for controlling the first to the third switches, respectively. The first switch is connected between the power-supply voltage terminal and the first voltage terminal. The second switch is connected between the first voltage terminal and the ground terminal. The third switch is connected between the second voltage terminal and the ground terminal.
