PURPOSE: A trolley and rail cleaning apparatus for an automatic coil storage system is provided to improve working efficiency in transferring a cold coil, and to prevent accidents by cleaning the high pressure trolley wire and the rail smeared by anticorrosive oil. CONSTITUTION: An automatic coil storage system stacks a cold coil on a yard, and supplies the cold coil to each process line through a trolley. A trolley and rail cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning base(14) installed in the front of the trolley, a rail cleaning unit installed in the front of the cleaning base to clean a rail(6), and a trolley cleaning unit installed between the trolley and the cleaning base to clean the trolley. Working efficiency is improved in transferring the coil, and accidents are prevented by cleaning a trolley wire(5) and the rail.
