PURPOSE: An apparatus for turning over a rolling plate is provided to uniformly maintain a temperature distribution in upper and lower surfaces of the rolling plate by turning over the rolling plate when the rolling plate is positioned at an outlet part of a rolling mill. CONSTITUTION: A rolling plate(300) is supported by lower conveying rolls(301-304). A plurality of upper conveying rolls(305-308) are adhered to the rolling plate(300) as a conveying roll lifting motor(315) operates so that the rolling plate(300) is fixed. A plurality of supporting rolls(317) are installed in a rotor(310) in order to support the rolling plate(300). The supporting rolls(317) are provided to prevent the rolling plate(300) from being dropped between the conveying rolls. A lateral fixing member is provided to fix both ends of the rolling plate(300). The lateral fixing member is rotated when the rotor(310) rotates. The rotor(310) is supported on a base by means of a supporter.
