PURPOSE: A table conveyor capable of uncoiling up and down is provided to improve productivity, to reduce the installation space and installation cost, and to reduce the maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: In a table conveyor capable of uncoiling up and down, a POR snubber roll controlling elasticity of the end portion of a cold rolled steel sheet mounted to a POR is installed to an upper pinch roll of the cold rolled steel sheet. The table conveyor comprises a fixed type frame(23) capable of moving up and down and changing an angle by cylinders(27,30), and a moving part frame(13) capable of sliding in the longitudinal direction of the fixed type frame by a moving part-forward and backward cylinder(15) fixed to the fixed type frame. A moving part rubber roll(11) is installed to the distal front end portion of the moving part frame, and magnets(12) are installed to the vertical upper and lower faces of the moving part frame. A moving roll cylinder(16) moving a moving roll(18) parallel in the motional direction of the moving part frame is installed inside the moving part frame. A head pulley roll(22) rotating in situ is installed at the distal rear end portion of the fixed type frame, and the moving roll is installed to the front inside of the fixed type frame, to rotate while moving parallel. A tension roll(20) is installed to the rear of the fixed type frame, to rotate while moving parallel or serpentinely by operation of a belt tilting adjustment device(21). An endless track conveyor belt covers the outer periphery of the moving roll and the outer periphery of the tension roll, from inside of the fixed type frame, passing through the outer periphery of the moving part rubber roll and the outer periphery of the head pulley roll, to the outer periphery of the moving part rubber roll.
