PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely position and fix a work pallet to a clamp pallet. SOLUTION: Two positioning means 4, 5 and two clamp means 6, 6 are positioned with designated intervals to the horizontal direction. Each of the positioning means 4, 5 is provided with a positioning hole 23 open on a work pallet 2, a plug 27 projected from the clamp pallet 1 to be inserted into the positioning hole 23, and an intermediate member 30 that is interposed between the plug 27 and the positioning hole 23 and that can be extended or contracted in the direction of the diameter. The intermediate member 30 is constructed in a way that it supports the plug 27 movably to the up and down direction as well as that it can be taper-engaged to the positioning hole 23. The intermediate member 30 is energized to the upper direction by an elastic member. The work pallet 2 is pulled and fixed on the clamp pallet 1 by the clamp means 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
