PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding die for a hollow material and a method for manufacturing the extruding die for the hollow material using the same, which can prevent the uneven wall thickness of the hollow material and can decrease manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The extruding die D1 is provided with a male mold 1 and a female mold 50. The male mold 1 has a first mold member 10 located on the rear side of the female mold 50 and a second mold member 20 located on the rear side of the first mold member 10. A covering member 30 is located on the rear side of the second mold member 20. The covering member 30 has a plurality of material passing holes 32 and a bridge section 33. On the periphery of at least a third material passing hole 32 among a plurality of material passing holes, there is formed a cylindrical projecting portion 34 which projects forward and surrounds the third material passing hole 32.
