摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that development of a new product with a new taste is desired though wet rice confectionery prepared by adding trehalose to a product obtained by improving properties of easily absorbing moisture and making the surface become sticky of the wet rice confectionery such as a Japanese cracker or a sliced and dried rice cake which is conventionally dipped in a seasoning liquid containing a soy sauce or a Miso and seasoned and having high keeping quality is placed on the market. SOLUTION: This new wet rice confectionery is obtained by holding a bean jam in the product of the sliced and dried rice cake as the wet confectionery or impregnating the product with the bean jam to enable the relishing of the taste of the sliced and dried rice cake together with the taste of the bean jam.
