<p>Tool holder has two lifting motorized components. First component has cables (13) wound around electrically motorized drums (14) and sent back to blocks (18). First component performs displacement of high speed load on long stroke. Second component has one part attached to cables (13) after reversing to blocks, and performs low speed vertical displacement along stroke delimited by bigger load. An Independent claim is also included for the description of the plant for the substitution of used anodes.</p> |
