PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester thick and thin yarn which is characterized by having proper strength, elongation and thermal shrinkage property and having excellent post-processing property is provided. When the yarn is used as grey yarn for fabric or knitted goods, the fabric or the knitted goods have excellent texture and appearance. CONSTITUTION: The polyester thick and thin yarn manufactured by a direct spin draw process is obtained by the steps of: oiling irregularly the grey yarn with an oiling device(3) after spinning directly; drawing and heating the yarn between a first godet roller(4) and a second godet roller(5); and then winding the yarn around a winder(6). On the oiling device(3), rotational frequency of a gear pump(3b) is changed by a controller(3a). |
