Valve (9) includes actuator (11) having screw (1) working together with stopper (2), and transmission elements consisting of sliding element (3) and spring (6). Transmission elements transform rotational movement of stopper around axis (A) of screw into translational movement along axis (A). <??>Transmission elements also transmit translational movement to throttle valve (4) so as to move it along axis (B) of flow conduct (14) between closed position and minimum opening position. Minimum opening position, or pre-opening position, corresponds to amplitude of minimum flow in flow conduct when valve is closed. <??>An Independent claim is also included for the method for controlling with precision the movement of throttle valve within the flow duct.
