A mouthpiece fastening body (26) comprises a heel (30) which engages axially in the base. Locking means (32), comprising a movable part (18) integrated with the support frame, hold the fastening body in a reference position where it is supported against the support frame. Constraining means (38) activated from outside the frame displace the movable part and lock the fastening body in the reference position.
