APPARATUS FOR REPAIRING THE TAP HOLE OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for repairing the tap hole of blast furnace is provided to perform repairing operation of the surface of the tap hole by exchanging bit at the outside without approaching the tap hole using manipulator. CONSTITUTION: In a blast furnace tap hole repairing apparatus for repairing tap hole of blast furnace using manipulator, the apparatus comprises a driving cylinder(20) connected to the front end of a manipulator(44) and installed at the center of a tap hole(10) to drill tap hole surface(27) in such a way that position of the driving cylinder(20) is controlled, and the driving cylinder(20) moved back and forth; a lock drill(23) which is rotationally fixed to the front end of a stroke(29) of the driving cylinder(20), which enables hammer hitting at the same time when the lock drill(23) is being rotated along with the driving cylinder(20) for drilling; a drilling bit(26) which is connected to the front end of the lock drill(23) and enables hammer hitting at the same time when it is rotated by air pressure of the driving cylinder(20); and a hard metal tip(21) fixed to the tip of the drilling bit(26) to regenerate and grind the tap hole surface(27), wherein the apparatus further comprises a turnbuckle(28) installed on the front beam of the manipulator(44) and is connected to the stroke(29) of the driving cylinder(20).
