<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform (1) a sub-culture from a biological tissue piece more effectively and surely, and (2) the separation of cells and the sub culture, safely and simply. <P>SOLUTION: This method for sub-culturing is provided by installing a tissue- immobilizing site 102 having a high adhesion with the biological tissue piece 2 at a prescribed position as the cell growing position of a cell-culturing tool 1 for cell-culturing an incorporated biological tissue piece for performing the cell or tissue propagation surely, holding the propagated cells or tissue on filter tips 301-304 or on particle-shaped carriers 5 for separating the cells or tissue, and sub-culturing them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
