PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a flexible tube where the separation of a thin metal mold caused by the action of liquid pressure at the time of molding is prevented and the flexible tube having a narrow width and a narrow pitch is stably manufactured with excellent shape accuracy. SOLUTION: A metal mold 3, which can be split in two with split faces 31, is held by a metal mold holder 4, which can be split in two with split faces 41 and has a flange brim 44 installed on the peripheral part. The separation of the metal mold 3 at the time of molding is prevented by the action of the metal mold holder 4 enhanced in rigidity owing to the flange brim 44. A stopper part 45 made thicker toward the inside is provided at a tip of the flange brim 44, and a stopper part 46 made thicker toward the outside is provided at a base end of the flange brim 44. These stopper parts 45, 46 are utilized for the initial setting of juxtaposition interval of the metal mold 3 at the time of molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
