摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily and quickly obtain cooked black soybeans. SOLUTION: A small lid directly put on the food or an inner lid 20 is set to apply moderate pressure to a cooking vessel 10 while steam is allowed to escape properly, in view of the fact that cooking can be carried out quickly under moderate pressure to prepare a nice dish. A saucer 40 is set to receive the evaporated water and heating is performed by a microwave oven E, from the viewpoint that cooking beans requires a large amount of water compared with the amount of raw beans since evaporation of water during cooking conventionally requires adding water. The saucer 40 receives the water against boiling over by being strongly heated at 500-600 W to prevent stain on the inside of the microwave oven, steam from the saucer 40 increases humidity in the inside of the microwave oven E, and cooking under such a condition provides nice cooked beans.
