PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can promptly and surely monitor microbial contamination and can be used for efficient decontamination of microbial infection. SOLUTION: The noxious microorganism contamination monitor acquires personal information and local information to judge whether the contamination with noxious microorganism occurs or not. In the case where the person stays at the infected site, after it has been judged to be infected, the person is judged to be infected. In the case where the person is judged to be infected, another specific site where the person stayed after the place is infected, is judged to be infected through the person.
