PURPOSE: A video phone device used for a system for reporting entering and exiting of a car is provided to confirm safety of a driver through a communication equipment in the case that the driver does not come home after receiving a report of entering and exiting of a car. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit(150) is installed outside an entrance and includes a first interface(155) receiving a communication signal of a visitor for transmitting the communication signal to an indoor unit(110). The indoor unit is installed inside for receiving the communication signal and includes a second interface(114) transmitting a voice signal of a resident to the outdoor unit. A communication interface(111) receives report information related to entering and exiting of a car. A memory(112) stores car information related to entering and exiting of the car. A control unit(113) searches the report information related to the entering and exiting of the car, and outputs the corresponding car information. A first selecting unit(115) selectively outputs the car information and the communication signal. A decoder(116) decodes information inputted from the first selecting unit. An output unit(119) outputs the information inputted from the decoder.
