PURPOSE: A method for managing PLD(Program Loading Data) on the Web is provided to quickly search problems caused by PLD including information of the inside of an exchange and subscriber information in a Web site. CONSTITUTION: An operator terminal requests PLD change to an exchange(S41). If the exchange transmits a result of the request to the operator terminal, the operator terminal stores details of the PLD change in a hard disk(S42). Whether transmitted data are normally processed is decided(S43). If not, the data are discarded(S44), and if successfully processed, the data are temporarily buffered in a PC(Personal Computer) of the operator terminal(S45). If the buffered data reaches a designated buffer size, the data are stored in a disk(S46). If the buffered data exceeds the buffer size, whether an Internet network is normal is decided(S48), if not, to store corresponding buffering data in a temporary storage of the operator terminal, and if normal, to transmit the buffering data to a Web server(S50) and newly produce PLD(S51). The Web server decides whether update is normally performed(S52), if so, to store the newly produced PLD in a data storage(S53). When transmitting the PLD through the Internet network, the PLD are compressed(S54) and delivered to an operating station site through the Internet network(S55). The operator terminal receives the PLD, if the exchange is in a time with the least calls, to apply the PLD to the exchange(S56,S57).
