<p>Data card consists of the pre-printed form (12), on which the individual groups of data are pre-printed, arranged around the empty box (14), also of the sticker (16) with operational data, the shape of which corresponds with the shape of the empty box (14), of fastening devices for attaching the sticker (16) to the empty box (14). The sticker (16) is equipped with the operational data of different groups, which are on the sticker (16) printed in arrangement corresponding with the arrangement of pre-printed groups of data on the form (12), whilst when the sticker (16) is fixed to the empty box (14) the pre-printed groups of data on the form (12) and operational data on the sticker (16) are displayed in mutually separated arrangement, where are placed corresponding operational data on the sticker (16) always next to the pre-printed group of data on the form (12). The operational data are loaded into the microcomputer, the date corresponding with the loaded operational data are printed on the sticker and the sticker with the printed data is attached on the pre-determined part of the pre-printed form to make the data card of the printed operational data.</p> |
