PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate mounting time, and to increase the productivity of an entire mounting line, by dividing parts into two mechanism groups of a part supply body for calculating mounting time and transfer time, by comparing the operation time of the former and latter groups, and by setting the longer time to spare mounting time to be mounted first. SOLUTION: A part-mounting device 1 is provided with a mechanism group that directly transfers parts or transfers them by using a table 13 from a part supply body 3 to a mounting position, and a mechanism group where a mechanism group that transfers a part 4 from apart supply body 5 to the table 13 for mounting is divided at a part supply position P for mounting an electronic component onto a substrate 11. In each group, mounting time and transfer time are calculated for each part, and the sum of the mounting time of a group where the parts are mounted in advance is compared with the sum of transfer time for transferring the parts to the table from the part supply body of a group where the parts are mounted later, thus determining longer time as the spare mounting time of the group where the parts are mounted first. |
