<p>The split application of front bearing cover, which is a subsystem of electric starters aimed at integrating it to internal combustion engines, solves the problem of a very large number of types of front bearing covers caused by many different types of flanges for internal combustion engines. The chassis of the planetary reduction gear is made together with the intermediate bearing cover (2) from a single piece, featuring a planetary reduction gear (4) with clutch (5), on the upper side an electromagnetic switch (6) is also attached to it, while it even includes a rotating point (13) for the lever (12) and bearings (19) used for the installation of shock absorbers (20). On the front part of the intermediate bearing cover (2) the front bearing cover (8) is attached by screws (16), which represents the bedding of the driving gearwheel (11). The water-tightness and oil-tightness of the mutual link is achieved by gasket (18) and a circular gasket (19), the required shape of opening (22) for lever (12) is provided without any additional mechanical processing with the appropriate core designs of pressure casting tools.</p> |
