<p>The fast clamp of a hydraulic pipe for excavator hammer and other hydraulic attachment solves the problem of oil tightness of an attached or detached fast clamp during a fast replacement of hammer on excavators, which provides a very uniform oil flow through the clamp, very good sealing properties and elimination of defects of the fast clamp, resulting from vibrations upon hammer impact. The fast clamp according to the invention consists of a left part (1) acting as a valve, and valve (2), which is linked by a right part (3) featuring a slant element (4) and eccentric axis (5) in the left part (1). This enables an inclination around the bolt (6), so that the sealing and detachment of the fast clamp is enabled. A washer extension (7), which turns together with the inserted ball (9) takes care for protecting the eccentric axis (5) against unwinding. When valve (1) is open, the washer extension (7) fits into the groove (5d) in washer (5c), which is welded to the eccentric axis (5).</p> |
