A nucleic acid encodes a polypeptide having at least 80% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence shown in Figure 2 (SEQ ID NO: 2). Also described are vectors, host cell comprising the nucleic acid and antibodies that specifically bind to the polypeptide. The nucleotide sequence can be the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1, 6, 14, 23, 29, 31, 36, 41, 49, 54, 60, 68, 75, 85, 90 or 98.
