An aqueous composition comprising: i) At least 1 weight percent of a surfactant or mixture thereof. ii) A silicone in quantities of from 0.1 to 8 weight percent of the composition and having a minimum average particle size above 2 microns. iii) A hydrocarbonaceous material in quantities of from 0.1 to 8 weight percent of the composition. iv) A cationic polymer in quantities of from 0.02 to 1 weight percent of the composition. v) A combination of a polyacrylate thickening polymer and an acrylate/methacrylate copolymer wherein the ester group of the methacrylate is alkyl of 12 to 20 carbon atoms, the alkyl having 14 to 26 ethoxy groups and the acrylate is one or more monomers of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or one of their simple esters in quantities sufficient to provide both viscosity and visual phase stabilization. The polyacrylate is 0.5 to 2.0 weight percent of he composition and the acrylate methacrylate copolymer is 0.1 to 1.0 weight percent of the composition. vi) The balance water.
