The design comprises the shape of the generally flat top of the utility blower, the shape of the handles projecting to opposite sides of the utility blower and having upper surfaces that are generally flat, and the shape of the air outlet.Drawings of the design are included wherein:Figure 1 is a left side perspective view from the front and above showing the blower embodying the design;Figure 2 is a right elevational view, the left elevational view being a mirror image thereof;Figure 3 is a rear elevational view;Figure 4 is a front elevational view;Figure 5 is a plan view; andFigure 6 is a bottom view.
