PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-forming method for surely sealing an outer coat material in a state in which an inner food material is arranged in the outer coat material and an apparatus using the method, in the food-forming method and apparatus for wrapping the inner food material with the outer coat material. SOLUTION: The periphery of the outer coat material is collected so as to wrap the inner food material with the outer coat material by closing action of a first shutter 1 and the periphery of the collected outer coat material is sealed by closing action of a second shutter 2. As a result, the method enables surer wrapping forming of the inner food material with the outer coat material without exposing the inner food material. |
