A cleaning material comprising a non-woven fabric made of fibers including 30-90wt% rayon fiber and 10-70wt% hydrophobic fibers (selected from either a polyester, a propylene polymer, or a acrylnitrile polymer), the non-woven fabric is impregnated with 60-95wt% of a detergent that includes 5-30wt% alcohol, 0.01-0.5wt% surfactant and 64.7-94.999wt% water.
