<p>A solid preparation improved in oral absorption and reduced in fluctuations of oral absorption can be obtained by incorporating an organic acid, particularly tartaric acid, in a solid preparation having, as an active ingredient, a high content of a quinolone compound, particularly sitafloxacin, having poor water solubility at pH around neutrality.</p> |
