The invention relates to capacities for storage of food products, in particular for storage of wine. Summary of the invention consists in that the capacity is constituted of sections rigidly placed one above the other, each being provided with filling and discharge devices and a hatchway. The device for filling is provided with a demountable valve gate, contributing to the creation and maintenance of a constant wine storage medium. The result consists in the possibility of storing several types of wine and in simplifying the processes for washing, filling and discharge of the capacity. Claims: 4Fig.: 3 |
