APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DEPALLETIZING OF CAM SHAFT MEMBER

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for depalletizing of a cam shaft member are provided to improve workability and to increase productivity by precisely depalletizing of the cam shaft member. CONSTITUTION: A supporting rod(10) is connected to a side base(105) of a robot hand(100). A supporter(20) is installed at an end of the supporting rod(10). A cylinder(35) is installed on the supporter(20). A contact sensor(40) is connected to an end of the cylinder(35). The contact sensor(40) directly makes contact with a cam shaft member(200) and is coupled to the end of the cylinder(35) through an insulating member(50). A shape of the contact sensor(40) varies depending on an object to be detected. The cylinder(35) moves the contact sensor(40) up and down. The cylinder(35) is coupled to the supporter(20) by means of a cylinder bracket(31), which is installed at one side of the supporter(20).
