ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE PROTECTION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An electrostatic discharge(ESD) protection circuit is provided to prevent current from being concentrated on a weak device in an ESD protection circuit having asymmetrical transistors of different sizes when static electricity is generated by forming an ESD protection circuit with an automatic gain control capacity while using a negative feedback loop. CONSTITUTION: An input pad part(11) receives a signal. An input buffer part(12) buffers and outputs the signal received through the input pad part. The first and second switching devices distribute and discharge the electrostatic charges induced to the first node to a ground voltage line, having different sizes and connected between the first node and the ground voltage line such that the first node is connected between the input pad part and the input buffer part.
