PURPOSE: Provided is a stirrer which quickly stirs raw materials as wanted, which are used for a biodecomposable disposable vessel so that it contributes to reduce time and cost in stirring. CONSTITUTION: The stirrer comprises the parts of: a motor(12) which generates rotation movement; a decelerator(30) which is connected to the motor to decelerate rotation speed of the motor; a rotation axis(22) which is connected to the decelerator and rotated; a first stirring blade(24) which is fixed on the rotation axis; a second stirring blade(26) which is fixed under the first stirring blade and is longer than the first stirring blade; a third stirring blade(28) which is fixed under the second stirring blade and is same length as the second stirring blade; a stirring tank(20) which has the rotation axis, the first stirring blade, the second stirring blade and the third stirring blade housed, with a stopper(21) formed at upper part; a releasing device(40) which is formed at one side of the stirring tank; and an upward inclination part which is formed at corner of the first stirring blade, the second stirring blade and the third stirring blade.
