摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hot rolled steel sheet with superior scale adhesion strength in edge part is provided which not only forms scale layer having superior adhesion strength, but also prevents rust from generating the edge part by controlling cooling speed in a width direction of the steel sheet after hot coiling process. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing hot rolled steel sheet used in the state that scale is adhered to the steel sheet by cooling the hot rolled and coiled steel sheet after hot rolling and coiling steel slab, the method for manufacturing hot rolled steel sheet with superior scale adhesion strength in edge part is characterized in that 15 wt.% or less of wustite is contained in scale remained in the edge part of the hot rolled steel sheet by controlling cooling speed of the edge part of the hot rolled steel sheet to 10 deg.C/min or less in the temperature range between 570 deg.C and 480 deg.C when performing cooling process after the coiling process, wherein adhesion strength of scale on the edge part is improved by properly controlling cooling speed of the hot rolled and coiled steel sheet after hot rolling and coiling processes, thereby properly controlling transformation of scale to control fraction of scale composition.
