PURPOSE: An apparatus for heating a PTC is provided to simplify a fabricating process of the apparatus for heating the PTC by coating an adhesive material on both sides of metal coil to fix the PTC elements or connecting the PTC elements to each other. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for heating a PTC includes one or more PTC elements(3), two contact plates(1a,1b), and a plurality of metal foils(2a,2b). The contact plates(1a,1b) come in contact with the PTC elements(3). The metal foils(2a,2b) are used for connecting surfaces of the PTC elements(3) to the contact plates(1a,1b). An adhesive material is coated on both sides of the metal foils(2a,2b). The contact plates(1a,1b) are formed with heat conducting elements. The metal foils(2a,2b) are formed with aluminium or copper or brass.
