<p>The proposed equipment comprises pre-treatment of the waste material, its controlled addition, a pyrolising reactor (17), burners (21), located in the reactor's combustion space. There are also mixing and cooling devices, and treatment units for gaseous, liquid and solid phase components. Typically, the proposed equipment comprises feed units (12,13) supplying a helical screw (13) which feeds a gas-tight gate valve (14), responsible for the controlled addition of material to the pyrolisis process. A mixing unit (20) is based on a helical strip, and is combined with ash handling facilities.</p> |
