MULTI MEMORY CARD INTERFACE AND CONNECTOR FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A multi memory card interface and a connector for the same are provided to use various memory cards different in standard without using an adaptor. CONSTITUTION: A card combing unit(314) is formed corresponding to physical and electrical combination standards of a first memory card(330). A detecting unit(314-2) detects combination of a connector(320) for combing a second memory card(340) with the card combing unit. A multi interface controller(312) includes each interface logic to the first memory and second memory cards different in standard. If the combination of the connector is detected through the detecting unit, the multi interface controller activates the interface logic corresponding to the second memory card to execute interface with the second memory according to the kind of the second memory card.
