PURPOSE: A power generating device of a vehicle with rotation of a fan is provided to settle clogging of a pump for a wiper during traveling by minimizing frost generated due to indoor and outdoor different temperature in winter. CONSTITUTION: The power generating device of a vehicle with rotating of a fan comprises a housing(100), a power generating unit(200), a control unit(300) and a heat generating unit. The housing is installed to an upper cover(110) of an engine room. An opening portion(120) is formed to at least one surface of the housing. The power generating unit installed to the inside of the housing has a rotor(220) having blades(210) to be rotatable. A power generator(230) is connected to a side of the rotor. The control unit connected to the power generating unit comprises a microcomputer and a multiple direction switch. Therein, power of the power generator is supplied to a condenser directly or transmitted to a heater selectively. The multiple direction switch is operated by the microcomputer. The heat generating unit operated by power of the control unit comprises an opening/closing plate(420) and a manifold(430). The opening/closing plate and the manifold connect and disconnect a passage of the heater and the housing. A shutting valve(430a) is included to the manifold to be connected to the microcomputer. The manifold is connected to nozzles of a pump for injecting washer fluid, a lower surface of the blade and an upper surface of the indoor glass. Therefore, charging efficiency of a battery is improved by power generated by wind, and hot air is supplied to a right place if necessary.
